Terms of Purchase & Use

These terms apply to purchases of The Complete Family Protection Plan from Legacy Family Network, LLC, operating as Frontline Family (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Your purchase
The Complete Family Protection Plan is a digital educational resource. Your purchase includes the digital content, downloadable resources, and course access described on the product page at the time of purchase. No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated.

2. Digital delivery and access
Following successful payment, access instructions will be provided through our checkout and course-delivery systems. Please enter an accurate email address and keep your account login information secure.

3. Permitted use
Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased materials for your personal and household use. You may download and print the downloadable resources for that purpose.

You may not share your account outside your household, resell or redistribute the materials, publicly upload them, or reproduce them for a church, school, ministry, organization, or other group without our prior written permission.

4. Ownership of the materials
Purchasing this product does not transfer ownership of its content or intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted by these terms remain with their respective owners.

5. Refund policy
Because this is a digital product made available immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience an access problem, receive the wrong product, or believe you were charged in error, contact info@thefrontlinefamily.com so we can investigate and address the issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Educational purpose
